The wet cleaning of outer garments made of sensitive fibres, synthetic materials, and high performance fibres is an unavoidable part of modern fabric care - especially as the majority of fabrics are washable these days. Commercial wet clean washing machines make the job easier.

The original WetCare system developed by Miele fulfils all the requirements necessary to produce excellent cleaning results - offering perfect protection for the fabric and a pleasant freshness for the cleaned garment. Thanks to our special wet cleaning systems as well as the trademarked honeycomb drum, thousands of cleaners worldwide are delivering impeccable results day after day using our system.

Together, Miele alongside soap manufacturer Kreussler invented the revolutionary WetCare process. The first wet cleaning washing machine system was launched back in 1991 and was used with great success in numerous cleaning establishments and laundries. Miele's goal was to develop a wet clean for sensitive fabrics without the use of harsh chemicals.

Today the third generation of Miele Wet Cleaning machines is working with the latest, optimized WetCare system. Thanks to the honeycomb drum, which cushions and protects garments, the fabrics last even longer with improved cleaning results alongside low water and energy consumption.

There are virtually no fabrics or textiles that can challenge Miele. Silks, satins, wools and even suede can be safely cleaned with the Miele WetCare system.
