Miele's dishwashing machines come in two varieties, freestanding and integrated. Both varieties feature innovative designs and a triple-A energy efficiency rating.

Some of Miele's dishwasher design innovations include:

• The 3D cutlery tray creates increased space and flexibility
• Advanced programmes for various wash types including speed, pre-wash, energy saving, pots & pans, and sensors to detect type of load (such as delicate glassware)
• User-friendly features including a child resistant lock, conveniently located salt container, a turbo function which dramatically reduces average wash programme time by 30%, triple filter system uses less water and increases energy efficiency
• Optimum care for glasses: the GlassCare system electronically controls water hardness at temperatures up to 55 Celsius to ensure glassware is protected – additionally, the cutlery tray can be adjusted to allow for longer stemmed glasses to be placed securely in the dishwasher for effective washing with reduced chance of breakage.
