The Miele G7859TD guarantees that thermal disinfection temperatures are reached and held for the required period (82°C for two minutes) according to Department of Health guidelines published in 1996. This means that the cycle of infection is broken and good hygiene is attained. In fact, the G7859TD takes this to the next level allowing levels to be set up to 93°C and 10 minutes.
