The demands placed on professional dishwashing in hotels and restaurants are as difficult as they are different. Everything depends on the varying size and composition of each load. Only professional machines can cope with the growing need for hygiene, speed, functionality, economy and care for the environment.

Miele offer two front loading tank system dishwashers, the G8066 and G8072. These dishwashers are always ready to run because the temperature of the wash water is held at 65°C. The final rinse is then carried out at a variable temperature of up to 85°C using fresh water.

Miele G8072

The G8066 is a compact machine that offers ample room for pots, pans and trays. It has a running time of just 90 seconds per load and therefore has a potential cleaning capacity of 40 baskets containing 720 plates per hour. With built in detergent dosing and water softener it not only represents exceptional value but also saves valuable space.

As well as the advantages of a tank system, the G8072 hood tank dishwasher offers optimum user friendliness for a perfect workflow in larger kitchens. At just 60 seconds per load it has maximum cleaning capacity of 60 baskets or 1080 plates per hour.

Built in water softener and dosing pumps also feature on the G8072 and with a selection of tables, baskets and other accessories it can be tailored to suit nearly all locations.
