We can offer 2 styles of commercial dishwashing equipment. Firstly, the tank style is designed for faster throughput with higher volumes. Secondly, the easy-to-use freshwater range machines are twin basket, and while they don't use a preheated tank of wash water they are still able to reach wash times of as little as 14 minutes for The G7856. Alternatively, our choice of commercial glass washers is ideal for pubs and venues which have high glass output and throughput. These machines ensure greater care and protection for glass while delivering speedy, high quality cleaning results for large loads of glasses time after time. Heavy duty glass washers are a great addition to pub environments where the main volume of dishes tends to be glassware.
Fresh Water
Miele's cabinet commercial dishwasher models use a freshwater system resulting in a wash quality that is consistently higher in comparison to tank models which re-use the wash water over and over. Because the machines wash on two levels, the throughput is greater than that achieved on a single basket cabinet tank model. So although the tank model may offer a faster cycle, the Miele cabinet dishwasher wins on both wash quality and overall throughput.
Miele G 78 series heavy duty dishwashers feature flexible Multitronic controls with a high degree of functionality. Temperature and hold times can be varied enabling the machine to keep up to date with changes in hygiene regulations. This is especially important for healthcare applications where dishwashers must feature high temperature thermal disinfection e.g. G 7859 are a key element in the control of cross infection.
Tank & Pass through
Miele Tank and pass through industrial dishwashers are designed and built to the highest specification and design with both the G8066 and G8072 having the space saving options of built in detergent dosing and water softeners.
Wash times can be as little as 90 seconds and with made to measure tabling, throughput efficiency can be maximised as needed.
