Miele offers two models for this market, the G7855 and G7856, both of which have proved to be very popular with catering managers and staff.
The machines have a high capacity of 30 plates, 24 cups, 20 saucers and cutlery in a double tray design with two spray arms.
They both use a fresh water system which means that fresh, clean water is introduced into the machine during pre-wash, main wash and rinse cycles. This helps to achieve the excellent level of cleaning as well as washing away any potential infectious materials.
The G7855/6 are generally used in the smaller catering establishments such as fast food cafes, restaurants, bistros, pubs and clubs where it ideally suits the requirements for speed and capacity.
